  The worst clinic i have ever been too! Expect patients to wait over an gour for their appointment, no communication. Poor service, will never go back. The nurse is a Rude person who ahould not be practise

  I had a first time appointment this morning booked in for 8.30, and was recommended to come in earlier to do some initial paperwork. So I turned up around ten past eight (good traffic, lucky me) and filled in the required questionnaire and settled in to wait for 8.30, hoping that I could get in earlier and get out earlier. 8.30 came and went, and two other patients had been in and seen a doctor, one of which arrived after I did. Clearly not the doctor I'd been assigned, but I wish I had been. At 8.40 my doctor arrived to work. Another ten minutes passed before he called me in to see him. Perhaps if he'd been on time to WORK then the rest of his day would probably not be running behind, because I'm pretty sure it would be. After an examination of ears and throat, concluded with a diagnosis that was not even communicated to me via eye contact. He fiddled with his ear/throat viewing light in his lap, looking at it the whole time he told me what I had wrong with me. I know I just have a throat infection, but is this lack of compassion the same way he treats every patient?
