    If you urgently need to talk to the bank regarding anything, don't bother try calling them. No one answers the call. 7 calls later and all you get is "your call is important to us" and the option to leave a message for a callback by COB TODAY. Well, by then the branch is closed for business and you cannot pick up a travel money card, which the website says you can get the same day. Have been a customer since 1999. Not the kind of service I expected.

    you cannot contact the branch directly, and have to go thru a long winded prucess
